Launch day: how does anyone stay up all 24 hours 😅🥱

15 hours of the launch and I am getting super tired! How do you guys plan your launch day? Stay up early or late?

Wake up early in the beginning, stay till the end, and have an 8-hour nap in between 🤣

Allocate different team members during the day, to have good coverage. Also, I'm drinking a lot of maté 🧉. BTW: if are doing a no-frill launch 24 hours coverage is not required. You need to cover the first 3 hours of the launch and then again 4 hours when US east coast wakes up.
