Is multitasking good or bad for productivity?

I think it totally depends on the person, some just can't do things at their best when multitasking.. for example, me.

Based on experience, I think it's not good.

If the tasks are simple or routine, multitasking can be good for productivity. Sometimes, you can shift between tasks to keep your mind fresh. However, if the tasks are complex, it's better to focus on one task at once.
