What is your all-time favourite yoga pose that you believe would benefit everyone practising it on International Yoga Day?
Hands down, my all-time favorite has to be the 'Savasana' or the 'Corpse Pose' - though it may seem simple, the deep relaxation and inner peace it brings me is incomparable, grounding me after a vigorous flow and reminding me why I love yoga so much!
My all-time favourite yoga pose for the workplace is the "Seated Spinal Twist" or "Ardha Matsyendrasana". This pose helps relieve tension in the back, neck, and shoulders that can accumulate from long periods of sitting and working at a desk.
