This is an awesome question. I always try to play into interest and then get something that they would never get themselves. I'm thinking about getting my sister a picnic basket because she lives on the West Coast and loves to hike. I'm got my brother a subscription to nice coffee since he really likes different/complex roasts.

This year my child went to the first grade, this year is very important and difficult for us. Before the new year we faced a problem, we had to buy a gift for the teacher.
