I'm tired of being "happy to" ...

"Happy to" is getting a bit over saturated in the customer facing world and I sometimes am not actually "happy" to do anything. I'd much rather come across as genuinely interested in maintaining and building upon relationships instead of someone thinking I'm fake or using a script. What's some other creative phrasing for informing colleagues and clients that you will be ready, willing and able to participate in the completion of any needed next steps for whatever it is you do for/with them? Share your ideas and let me steal them.

"I will acquiesce to your request expeditiously." No, that's a bit too 1800's. Something more modern. "Let me take a look." No, too passive. No commitment to action. "I'm on it." Brief, action oriented. Could be a winner, but it's still missing a bit of creative flair. Hmmm.... "Lauren's on it" Ding, ding, ding. Winner! It maintains the brevity of the previous idea, but combines it with a memorable and off kilter third person POV. It essentially makes you your own manager / proxy and gives you emotional distance from the outcome. You've subtly usurped the power dynamics of the situation. You're now on the same level as the person making the request. A manager who assigns tasks. Is Lauren happy to do this thing? Who knows and who cares. As Lauren's manager it's your job to secure the best outcome. And you never fail. Excited for you to test this out.
