With the changing year, there are a lot of new things that have changed too. wit this many new trends will be available in the market. Would you stick to the old techniques in 2022 as well? Or there are some new ways which you will experiment in his new year?

I'm trying to rank my site on the "digital nomad" keywords. What three most important things would you recommend ranking it?
For new ways I'm experimenting with Core Web Vitals. But I still experiment with it. As my site now get about 99+/100 on both mobile and desktop (CWV).
By the way, what are the old techniques you mean? Are there any new techniques coming?
