How to keep moving forward when you are out of money & there is no revenue/customers?

We've been working for 6 months on empy.ai and last week our CTO left us with an unfinished first product release. Honestly, that devastating experience - as team, we are trying to relax and find motivation to move forward. I know that PH is mostly is about big achievements and success. But I would like to talk how you are supporting yourself and keeping motivated to move forward.
