How to find niche communities?
I am building https://www.githired.io/ and want to be part of tech hiring communities to understand how I can make my product better, where should I start?

To start I would find and connect with key people, then ask or see what communities they are a part of, maybe even get an introduction.

+1 to identifying KOL/KOCs in your niche space and see where they hang out, who do they mention etc
