How sophisticated is your Dev process?
Formal Sprint planning? Release formality and automated testing? Deep product plan and burn down? Or is it too early for that? Too rigid for speed?

I prefer fast releases with no formal sprint planning, unfortunately that's not always the case. Any new agile solution for large companies?
@chriscarex I totally agree with you. We chose to instill some early rigor into our process but not the whole thing like we would have in a larger more mature team. But we do stick to a 2 week sprint with standard release and QA protocol.
