We have surveys as a part of the e-mail automation. So, for us it's ongoing process. The most challenging part for me to analyse "open questions" since it has a huge diversity of answers but also typos, misspelling etc. that makes it harder to analyse. It can take up to 1 day to analyse because major part of the analysis takes the brushing of the data.
