How often do you have to work on weekends?

7 days a week

Every week! Work is also part of the enjoyment!

Launching our product tomorrow, so this weekend was basically a working one! But usually I try to rest on weekends and work only when it's smth urgent

It's definitely a regular occurrence, but more so when a launch is coming. We've got on next week and it's all hands on deck. Saying that, as long your team/management are aware of the work you put in and appreciate and value it - then it's worth it. I do think it's a balance and you do need to protect your mental health too and notice if it's being affected by working over weekends.

I'm a workaholic and I work 7 days a week.

I am a proponent of work-life balance. I enjoy spending my weekends with family and being in nature as much as possible. When I go for a walk, my phone stays in my bag, and I try not to even look at it.
