Everyone (outside of entrepreneurship) has told me that I should be looking for a job full time, not working on my pre revenue startup with 3 months of runway How much runway did you have have when you started your company?

6 months, but I was on a strict budget and also did not manage to release or start making money within 6 months, so I had to go back to part-time work.

Always take the most difficult road. IMO. It will forge your katana blade in the long run.

2, maybe 3 months. You'll get 100 different answers from 100 different people. As a company owner, I believe you need to be able to properly function with the weight of having only a couple of months of runway on your shoulders. It is going to happen at some point. It also depends on which stage of you're life you're currently at and what is your monthly burn :)
@ziga_kerec This is actually super encouraging, thanks Žiga! I'm about a year out of uni so I figured worst case scenario, I will end up in the same situation I was a year ago - thats not so bad
@ziga_kerec can you share some details of what you are launching?

@william_mathews1 Yeah this is the perfect timing if you ask me. You still have a looooot of time to make money :) We are launching a ProductAI - a super easy way to create new product photos out of existing ones. We remove the background of what you upload, analyze the photo, and generate appropriate scenes for your product. Our target audience are e-commerce stores. Try it out and let me know what you think, every feedback counts :) https://productai.photo
