How effective it can be to launch a SaaS that might not have same ICP as product hunt readers?

Hi guys, what do you think about the efficiency of launching in product hunt if the ICP of the SaaS product is different that the active users of product hunt? Can you share any similar stories? TIA. 💪

It deserves a try. You can do a no frill Product hunt launch, which takes only 1 to 2 hours of preparation. That will give you a good quality backlink, which is always nice to have.
