How do you stay on top of things?

If you have many many ideas for one or more projects, you probably have tons of notes, ideas and resources for many projects, right? How do you stay on top of things and focus on the essential parts?

I think the main thing is to really focus on one project at a time, and only add notes to the others when you have 💡 until you finish the current one. That's what has been working for me lately.

@jefrypozo1 Thank you Jefry! The problem is that I have so many ideas that I am simply busy the whole day writing down and elaborating new ideas - once creativity strikes😅

Daily task lists, try to finish one before the next- otherwise just have a bunch of half finished tasks.

@richw Agreed. Any ideas how to prevent getting distracted by new ideas?

It is really a tough decision.

Have clear priorities and few things to stay on top of. Put them on my task manager and keep striking them off.
