Design the environment around you for discipline. E.g. if you want to work out early in the morning, put your clothes out the night before. Or if you want to do focused work, put your phone in the other room.
Sometimes you have to make things easier in your environment to have discipline!

1. Countdown, then take action.

Practice daily diligence.
Create new habits and rituals.
Change your perception of willpower.
Give yourself a backup plan.
