How do you know when your MVP is ready?

Every time I complete a list of items I say are needed to complete MVP for beta testing, I find something else to fix or add. When or how do you determine a good point to begin releasing or beta testing for your product?

It's MVP, make sure you add main but basic features and don't think thrice just release it, get feedbacks, modify and add more features as users says, launch as many time you want, and then final product.
