I've deleted (almost all) the social app, only LinkedIn and Twitter left for work
Always access them through phone after realizing that social media platforms are not meant to be for computers. I can say that only facebook is computer friendly and advanced.
Today I use Twitter more on my cell phone. But I use the notebook A LOT.
