Users can provide feedback or request new features by contacting support team through various channels such as email, online forms, social media, or through an in-app feature such as a "Contact Us" or "Help" button. They can also post their feedback or feature requests on forums or community platforms related to the product...

We automatically send emails to new years after 14 days to give us quick feedback for some credits to use on our platform. The form takes 5-7 minutes and give you enough to try our app in more depth. It’s absolutely amazing form of gathering feedback. At the same time, our specific target audience receives an automatic email from me to have a 30-minute call for 3 months of free credits. This gives me enough input for continuous discovery and to validate some of my assumptions before creating designs or making changes to them during user testing :)
