I rely on a mix of market research tools and a little bit of good old-fashioned internet sleuthing to identify competitors. After all, who knew that researching rivals could feel like online dating for business? Speaking of which, "Her Ideal Match" is also a great example of using data science to fine-tune profiles—just like we do with competitor analysis!
