Hey, folks. What is your feeling about teal management?

Just read the "Reinventing Organizations" book, and that's exactly what I want to be in my organization. Really curious about what you think about that concept. Maybe you own a "teal" organization, tell me how you feel.

I have never heard of 'teal' organization. But quickly googling it, it talks about employee self-management. And to be real, I don't think "employee self-management" could work. But I might be wrong

@gapostolov Thanks for the reply. There are plenty of companies already following most of the practices described as "teal" management. Not saying they are more successful than competitors with standard management, but it works. No budgeting, no strict KPIs, orientation on employees, less management stuff, more responsibility for each employee/team
