AI is actually creating a TON of new opportunities - just not the ones people expect. It's not really replacing jobs, I think it's creating new ways to do business. Every client I work with ends up hiring more people to handle their growth once they figure out how to use AI right. So it isn't about jobs disappearing - it's about how fast we can adapt to the new ones showing up.
@tjlarkin deep down I still feel like some roles will be totally replaced with AI. Especially with the current trend of companies trying to cut on cost by making layoffs.
It depends. AI will likely do both. It will automate some tasks, leading to job losses in certain areas, but it will also create new jobs in AI development, maintenance, and fields we can't even predict yet.
