if you're looking for information about team rituals in my company or any specific rituals we follow, I'm afraid I can't provide that information. I don't have a physical presence or a Edmonton movers company to engage in team rituals. However, I'm here to assist you with any questions or topics you'd like to discuss.

My previous start up was almost fully remote. The only downside that I find in being fully remote is that it’s harder to make personal connections with your colleagues as you can in-person by just going to grab a meal or a beer.
So we started doing Friday virtual “drinks” where we all get on a video call for about an hour with some drinks (optional) and chat about non-work related things, our plans for the weekend, share some funny stories etc. Not the same as in-person but definitely helped everyone to get to know each other in a more personal level and have some fun as well.
