now a days i am Multitasking on priority wise, as my launch is on Monday.

Deep work enhances focus and produces high-quality results.
Multitasking increases efficiency but can reduce depth and accuracy.
@manday_m_kramer would add only that multitasking adds on risks of burning out sooner or later.
Focusing deeply on one task helps me so much. Multitasking never seems to work for me.
My experience shows that multitasking doesn’t work. Everything ends up being done poorly. What really works is planning your time and switching between tasks wisely.
Multitasking when needing to finish multiple low-level tasks fast, deep work for everything else.
