Narrato Workspace - https://narrato.io - is a nifty tool for automating and managing content creation. It has great features for managing workflow and team (including clients if any), along with ability to organize and work on content just the way you can in Google Drive, Dropbox etc.

Hubspot is all in one marketing platform (has CRM, Marketing, Sales & Service Software). If you can afford the premium features it can be the best SaaS to grow your business.

MailChimp is great for email automation. Also with Wordpress and Gravity Forms you can do a lot of automated messaging.

Depends but I'll throw @mrmanychat (Manychat) and Activecampaign in the mix. Integrate beautifully with wordpress + email and do what they're supposed to do.
