I'm a morning person; I always want to wake up early and finish everything before sunset. However, sometimes the silence of the night makes me more creative.
Night owl but have tra8ined myself to wake up early. My trick is a cold shower first thing in the morning, prewrokout and exercise. It is VERY hard to get up from bed and force myself but after the first 10 min of "pain" everything flows. I put my phone in the bathroom so I have to stand up to get the alarm.
Funnily enough I am a both person! I love working in the late nights but also function well in the mornings, it ended up being detrimental for my health though not sleeping much lol, but I am a reformed morning person now :P
@istiakahmad haha this is such a sweet comment! I think I was just built this way tbh needing only like 4hrs sleep but it was definitely affecting my mental health. So now I try to hit at least 7 and be very healthy lol thank you❤️
@slimmy82 for some of us it definitely feels more natural, I remember changing my sleeping pattern initially was the hardest thing ever- but I have found increasing my no. Of hours of sleep makes me happier lol
I am 100% night owl 🦉Even when I was studying at university I would be way more focused at night than during the day! I think because everyone else is asleep it’s peacefully quiet which I like!
