Congratulations on your launch! It's perfectly normal to feel stressed on launch day. Here are a few tips to help you manage your stress: 1. Take deep breaths. This will help you calm your body and mind. 2. Remind yourself that you've prepared for this. You've done the work, and you're ready. 3. Focus on one task at a time. Don't try to do too much at once. 4. Delegate tasks to others if possible. This will free you up to focus on the most important things. 5. Take breaks. Get up and move around, or step outside for some fresh air. 6. Celebrate your successes! No matter what happens, take the time to appreciate all the hard work you've done. I hope this helps!
