For entrepreneurs and startups, if an AI agent can automate customer interviews and gain insights fast, these features are most useful: First, precise sentiment analysis to gauge customer attitudes in real-time and spot product pros and cons. Second, predictive analysis to forecast customer behavior and market trends based on data. Third, visual report generation to turn complex data into intuitive charts for quick decision-making.

@liming_zhang Love it! AI is already a master in natural language understanding so I believe great sentiment analysis could be achieved easily. On the other hand, I also agree with your need on visual report generation, with which AI can also leverage interactive & explorable knowledge graph to really provide, though we still have much work to do to make it happen sooner!

The first two benefits that come to mind are time and labor saving. Based on my personal experience, making cold calls is time-consuming and mentally exhausting... So if AI can do that for me (while ensuring good quality of course) that would be a 100% great thing for me😂
