1158 points became 770 points! I need help

Hello guys. I've been here for almost 3 years But suddenly my PH point went down by 400 Do you have an experience like me? I am very embarrassed! I don't understand why my point went down by 400.

I also found my points slightly went down these days. And when people upvoted my reply, my points didn't increase.

This happened with me lot of times. After going down my points wont increase then I mail the support they give few points back(not all). I asked them the reason they didn't tell about that.

Contact ProductHunt support - they should be able to help investigate what happened to your points and get it resolved. Points disappearing like that definitely seems odd!

770 points is still impressive! But sudden changes like that are concerning. I'd reach out to the PH support team to flag it and get their help diagnosing what happened. Were any of your recently hunted products taken down? Also check for any fishy activity on your account like login attempts from strange IPs. Hope you get it sorted out!

This happened to me too. Support said it was older activity being reclassified.
