This is such a genius way to identify, tag, and share the most important parts of video calls. I can't wait to start using this.

Fathom gets the job done and gets out of the way. We love love the integrations - teaser, they have a direct export to Notion too. How cool is that! I've previously tried Wingman, Fireflies, Chorus, and Fathom is thus far the best, no-frills user experience that I've experienced. The tool is extensible and has become a core part of our team's workflow - we use it to record customer feedback, onboard new hires onto the team, and most importantly let us be comfortable with ditching our notetaking workflows.

This product has been a game changer for our sales team. We can now focus on the prospect and engaging in the conversation instead of hammering out notes on a keyboard or trying to scribble down pain points in the background. It's also really helped improve our call coaching, ensuring we're covering off key discussion points and looking for areas to improve. Awesome product, a must have for any sales team!

Fathom has been an absolute lifesaver for me and my team. We previously had to assign someone to be a notetaker on basically most calls we had and when it came to individual calls, I had to wear the hat of both note taker and listen in to what the person had to say and I'd sometimes miss important information in the process. With Fathom, this nightmare was no more, I could now easily have Fathom take notes for me, and then reference them after the call with either my bookmarked sections or pick up new info I missed while bookmarking during the call. I now worry less about taking notes on calls and focus more on engaging in more meaningful conversations thanks to Fathom. Totally recommend it.

This product has enhanced my Success Team's ability to focus on customers' relevant information during the calls, efficiently review the meeting notes, and quickly act on it. It has also helped with call reviews and coaching opportunities. This is a fantastic product and a must-have on assisting customer-facing teams in delivering value more effectively.

Great tool, has made client meetings a breeze. I work remotely during different hours and some members are only available for calls at that time. Fathom makes it easier to share calls and organize notes so that it is much easier for other teammates to view the call after the session has happened. The csm team is also awesome, they reached out to me early on for feedback and were genuinely nice throughout my usage of the tool.

Fathom is an absolutely amazing tool. It has drastically leaned our process and increased the amount of time we spend doing work instead of reviewing calls. One of the services we sell are social media profile optimizations which requires a call with the client to get some additional information. Previously we would bring a notetaker on the call or pay an employee to review the call after it was completed to get the necessary information to optimize the social media profile. Now our employee takes the call and uses Fathom to tag the important parts of the call which makes it easy to spotlight the most important information. Fathom has saved us between 30 to 60 minutes per project, which allows us to get more done more efficiently. If you have the opportunity to try Fathom, I would highly recommend it.

Fathom has transformed our sales process and onboarding sessions. This is a great tool to simplify note taking on zoom calls that allows me to be more present on the call VS taking notes. Can't say enough about Richard and his team either. Responsive, kind and doing everything exactly the right way to scale a fantastic product.

Since using Fathom I have been far more effective with my time, I am easily able to identify area's of interest within workshops, and create insights for me to follow up on during the documentation phase of projects. The speech to text functionality is great, and again aids me to use my time more productively! No idea how I managed before Fathom!

The Close sales team has been using Fathom for the last 45 days and we love it. The ability to clip key parts of the call and set todos without distraction is brilliant. Their Close integration is great too! :-)

We've been using Fathom since April and love it. Our sales team records sales calls with it. It's perfect for reviewing and sharing later. As a team we'll periodically review some calls to see how we can improve -- the transcript and call highlights make it extremely easy to quickly scan through a recording to find what's important. It's the best of both worlds -- we can see notes to get a sense of what happened, and immediately watch the actual interaction to see what the potentially client actually said and how they said it. One thing worth pointing out is now the primary person on the call can take notes (by just clicking on highlights). In the past we either had a 2nd person taking notes, or the person on the call would have to juggle between paying attention, talking, and taking intelligible notes. At this point I wouldn't use anything else to record calls.

I love Fathom . This product makes sense for anyone who wants to spend more time focusing on clients, and less time worrying about taking notes. The speed and access to recording is phenomenal. Within moments of ending a call, I can quickly have the recording on Hubspot/Slack and shared via a link to clients! If you worry about the details, they've got you covered. It's so simple to use the search function - you'll always be able to find what you need in the transcript! I use this multiple times a day & can't imagine going back to taking notes.
