@rklau I've been looking for something like this to embed on my personal site but most of the solutions are janky and poorly designed. Unfortunately, BookMe says they're not accepting new signups any longer. :_(

Surveyed friends on Twitter a few weeks back for a good system to manage office hours across multiple teams w/different schedules. Things to love: BookMe's Google Calendar sync, flexible scheduling, email reminders, configurable email templates. Very happy so far.

@eriktorenberg you can see the UI by clicking on 'office hours' in the GV Community; I like that each 'offer' (in our case, each GV team) can have its own Google Calendar so that days/times available can vary. You can centrally manage holidays/offsites/DNS blocks too. It's been a while since I looked at Tungle (and I think that's been shut down, no?) but this struck me as an elegant interface that ultimately did exactly what I wanted.
