Very excited to use this, the STARS framework is exactly the reporting we had to do manually before to focus on the numbers that matter; counting the customers who try it, use it, love it - and know who to reach out to!
It looks so slick, congrats Bucket team!!
@kingromstar Hi Rami, no, Bucket is what happens after you mark a project as Done on Linear/GitHub. That's when the feature is with the end-users and that's where Bucket's workflow help make sure the feature lands well with customers.
Great job on creating Bucket Releases! I'm curious to know how your tool tracks feature adoption and satisfaction. Have you considered integrating with any customer feedback platforms to gather more insights? It would be interesting to hear more about how Bucket Releases can specifically help B2B product teams tailor their features for customer success. Keep up the good work!
@dmytrosem Hi Dmytro! First, thank you for the nice words! Bucket tracks feature adoption and satisfaction through our implementation of the open source STARS framework: https://www.starsframework.org. On top of STARS, we've built Live Satisfaction which lets you collect actual end-user feedback for specific features, at the right time: https://docs.bucket.co/docs/live.... Releases, which we're launching today, then lets you set goals and keep track of their progress via Slack.
Congratulations on the launch of Releases! π This tool sounds like a game-changer for product teams like mine. With its focus on feature adoption and satisfaction, it's exactly what we need to streamline our processes and create products that truly resonate with our customers. Great work!
