Hello Hunters! 😻 We're back after 9 months with our most impactful launch yet, Releases, and we'd love your feedback! First, who's this for? Product teams! PMs, engineers, designers, PMMs, CPOs, CTOs and founders. So, what's the problem we're tackling? Once you release a new feature, you need to make sure that feature adoption and satisfaction are good. But it takes ages to compile data, talk to customers, and put it in a dashboard. We know how busy you are. What’s Releases? Releases combines goal setting, the STARS framework, and automation to give you the feature insights you need to address feature issues and increase adoption and satisfaction, automatically - and without having to leave Slack! We gather satisfaction by prompting the right customers for feedback at the right time so you can go beyond the metrics and understand the "why". If you're a B2B product team, Releases is for you. It will make your life easier and help you create products your customers love 🀩 Feedback is welcome, it’s free to get started. Questions? I'll reply to any and all on this page! Thanks, Rasmus, co-founder

Pumped for this release! I've been using Bucket since Productboard and can't recommend it enough.

Very excited to use this, the STARS framework is exactly the reporting we had to do manually before to focus on the numbers that matter; counting the customers who try it, use it, love it - and know who to reach out to! It looks so slick, congrats Bucket team!!

@nielst Thanks Niels! πŸ™Œ

is this like Linear and GitHub projects? I still use GitHub projects
Rasmus Makwarth
@kingromstar Hi Rami, no, Bucket is what happens after you mark a project as Done on Linear/GitHub. That's when the feature is with the end-users and that's where Bucket's workflow help make sure the feature lands well with customers.

Great job on creating Bucket Releases! I'm curious to know how your tool tracks feature adoption and satisfaction. Have you considered integrating with any customer feedback platforms to gather more insights? It would be interesting to hear more about how Bucket Releases can specifically help B2B product teams tailor their features for customer success. Keep up the good work!
Rasmus Makwarth
@dmytrosem Hi Dmytro! First, thank you for the nice words! Bucket tracks feature adoption and satisfaction through our implementation of the open source STARS framework: https://www.starsframework.org. On top of STARS, we've built Live Satisfaction which lets you collect actual end-user feedback for specific features, at the right time: https://docs.bucket.co/docs/live.... Releases, which we're launching today, then lets you set goals and keep track of their progress via Slack.
