Our team was out to dinner on night when we decided to pursue this idea. There was nothing worse than not being able to get a reservation at high-end restaurants (we LOVE good food) when we found time to get together. Sometimes plans happen spontaneously and you don't have time to book 2-3 weeks in advance, which is common for many popular spots.
