@jsteneros Craft with Notion? π
@new_user_169f83d3ad I use them on different projects.
Mindmesh
We are building Mindmesh https://www.producthunt.com/prod... to connect all/most of this tools w/ your own Calendar, to dos and notes in a digital task where you clip stuff in. Personally I use it w/ Gmail, Drive, Notion & Slack.
Bear app for notes and fold socks plugin for to do list
Price2Spy
Believe it or not - a stopwatch/timer. I have been recently trying out the Pomodoro technique and it's kinda proving to be effective.
@price2spy Been meaning to try Pomodoro for a while. Glad to hear it's been effective for you.
JIRA - really difficult to beat it.
- Miro for collaboration and co-working
- One Transcriber (https://onetranscriber.com) for Meetings live captions/real-time transcriptions
- MS OneDrive
- Jira/Confluence for tasks and documentation management in large teams
@giuseppe_di_nuccio Hey Giuseppe! If you don't mind, could we have feedback on AnyGo, a tool we created to compare the cost of flying and driving to U.S. cities? The app can be found on our page. Thanks!
ReSkript
I would say that it is Asana
You can read about tools for increasing productivity here - https://www.reskript.com/post/to...
@daryakhmetova Very helpful read, thanks.
Hunted Space
This is obviously biased, but Tira is a personal favorite ;).
I also love Google docs and spreadsheets.
@inesfenner Checking out Tira right away
Hunted Space
@sudheer_bandaru1 Awesome!
I personally love to use online whiteboard Weje. It helps me collect, organise, plan, and share the most valuable data. Really convenient and helpful tool.
Content Quality Score(E-E-A-T)
Notion, Github, Lark, quicktable.io
Answering with a few:
Stack Moxie - Free's up a lot of time from testing things i used to test manually
Gated - Free's up my inbox to free up my time
Dots.community - As a community builder/manager it free's up my time sourcing insights and content that helps keep the conversation going
Matcha: Pods
@marketingops_pros Yep - tools like stack moxie and gated take something you should be doing, but do it with tech vs. forcing you to spend more of your own time (the antithesis of productivity right?)
Jira and Google docs, spreadsheet. We have meetings with the team at ZOOM
Notion and Habitica.

My favorite productivity tools are Google docs, spreadsheet, google meet, Notion, and Keep.
@qudsia_ali Oh yeah. Google docs, spreadsheets are easily forgotten, but definitely tough to live without.
@qudsia_ali I'm wondering if you see an overlap between Keep and Notion?
WorkHub
@sudheer_bandaru1 I usually use keep on my phone to write down the random ideas and thoughts, and then I take them to the notion.
