I've heard good things about HubSpot CRM, seems pretty popular for small to mid-sized businesses. Salesforce is the big player of course but might be overkill for daily needs. Curious what others are using too... Pipedrive? Zoho? Would love to get some firsthand perspectives to help evaluate the options out there.
