Which competence is most essential for growing your startup?

For us, it´s tech skills, not because it is more important, but because it is more necessary

I'd probably say Marketing

I'd say marketing. Tech skills are important, but we are building a soccer team management app, and two of its main features are about connecting people and building a community (networking and acquiring sponsorships for teams). I would say a growth mindset because it gives you the ability to learn anything.
