Where to balance time between departments?
As a startup founder, the idea of "departments" is funny to think about - because it's just you. and some people doing everything. This raises an interesting question, and one I have often struggled with: Where do you balance your time between departments? This could be in design, product development/management, marketing, sales, and operations. I'd be curious how other founders tackle this ongoing issue and find balance!
