We've been using a multi-pronged approach for our community: 1) Sharing exclusive content, guides, and product updates on our Discord to keep members engaged. 2) Featuring top community members and their stories/use cases in our email newsletter to highlight the value. 3) Hosting regular AMAs and feedback sessions to directly engage with users. The key is providing unique value that they can't get elsewhere to incentivize activity. I'm curious to hear other strategies people are using with success as well!

keep them engaged as you build. almost on a weekly basis. catch up on long calls if need be. understand their problems, thoughts, and suggestions better. keep sharing updates based on their feedback. they'll slowly incline towards what you do and eventually start rooting for you.
