How do you approach building prompt strategy in your product to bring your users back and have them do things? Do you have a excel file, a Miro flow? What do you pay attention to? How do you decide on prompts, channels?

Hey there! I can totally relate to the struggle of trying to keep users engaged and coming back for more. In my experience with various tech projects, I've found that having a solid prompt strategy is key. Whether it's an excel file, a Miro flow, or a good ol' brainstorm session, I always pay attention to what will catch the user's eye and prompt action. As for deciding on prompts and channels, I like to mix things up and keep it interesting - kind of like a good recipe! After all, variety is the spice of life... and user engagement. Happy prompting!

@thestarkster that's verhy interesting. Way to go Gurkaran! What we found is that actually, building prompt strategy around reward strategy delivers even better results. We used Operant Conditioning to build a reward strategy that would reinforce specific behavior (eg. posting content) and than we've built a prompt strategy around that. We call it Engagement Startegy. It's pretty cool. I hope this inspires you somehow.
