Trello's been my go-to for years. simple, flexible. Notion's great for more structured stuff, documentation. but the best tool? the one you'll actually use consistently. tools change, habits stick. find what works for you, stick with it.
I have tried most of the other ones including Asana, Clickup and played with Notion. But for me I always find my way back to Trello because of its simplicity and UI/UX.

A powerful project management tool should encompass several key features to effectively facilitate project planning, execution, and monitoring. I vote for GanttPRO as this powerful project scheduling software for project management provides robust task management capabilities, allowing users to create, assign, and track tasks across their project teams. Additionally, it comes with advanced collaboration features such as file sharing, discussion boards, and real-time updates.

Asana is my own "mind palace". It helps me keep track of things and prevents things from falling "through the cracks"

Trello is perfect IMO, not overcomplicated than some. Unless you are already a big company with lots of running parts I can't think of any better.

Google Workspace works fine for me, sometimes Notion, but I like to keep it simple and have everything in one place.

I mostly use Trello tools for project management. You can also use Asana, Jira, Basecamp, and Microsoft Project for management

my favorite thus far has been Zoho Projects. Their product is a great mix of what you get from Clickup, Trello, and some other products.

For people replying notion, what do you mean by project management? Some of the other tools here are just ticket systems. Would you argue that notion is a better ticket system or were you thinking more broadly?

Notion is good for many different type of the project. But Smartsheet, I found is also very good and the reason it's same as excel, so all stakeholders find easy to adapt and use. I like to ask what is missing feature in tool of your choice?

Jira is very useful for us. But I'm open for the new tools also.

Asana. I use it for our team, for my personal life (like moving), although i feel that my team doesnt like it the way i do. I like the board UI and the ability to drag and drop, which is fun.

I mostly use Notion

Call me a fan of the classics, but a notebook and pen have always been my go-to. Yet, I may give Trello a try and see how it can enhance my workflow.

Trello works for me.

Notion- shows maximum block limit reached after a certain time. Needs upgrade with minimal amount of project documentation. Asana- works for day to day management, works decent without pro as well Had to move outta notion only after working onboarding team to find out itโ€™s limitations too sooner than expected :|

Have you ever tried using Notion for project management? It's like a Swiss Army knife that combines docs, wikis, and task management. It might be a game-changer for you!
