I'd say I value functionality over technology
But in reality, I find that I focus on its design first. An ugly product will make me not have any incentive to use it.🤔

@amiaomomo Agree
For me, reliability is key. I don’t mind spending a bit more if I know the product will last and work well. Reviews play a big part in my decision too – hearing real experiences helps a lot. And good customer service is a plus, in case I run into any issues down the line.
User reviews and ratings.

@sonu_goswami2 Here I have an extended question, would you be willing to give a chance to a newly launched product? These products are often just starting out and already have complete functions, but perhaps they have not yet received reviews or ratings.
@lesley_0516 When the cost of a new product is low, it feels less risky. People are more willing to try untested products when the financial commitment is manageable, and they can discover valuable solutions without much loss if the product doesn’t meet expectations. At least, that’s how I approach it :)

I think the most important thing is whether it effectively solves the problem I'm struggling with.
I'd say features are the top priority for me.
Features fist. I'll forgive the average design if it solves a pain point better than anything else.
When I'm choosing a product, features are usually my main concern
