I'd say I value functionality over technology But in reality, I find that I focus on its design first. An ugly product will make me not have any incentive to use it.🤔

For me, reliability is key. I don’t mind spending a bit more if I know the product will last and work well. Reviews play a big part in my decision too – hearing real experiences helps a lot. And good customer service is a plus, in case I run into any issues down the line.
