Someone once told me that I didn't need an app or website to solve the problem that I was solving at that point in time. and TBH that is when I realized that I had this psychological barrier in my mind that can only be solved via an app or website but on the contrary it could be done using WhatsApp group also. Waiting to hear your piece of advice

The one piece of advice that changed my startup roadmap was to always prioritize customer feedback and iterate quickly based on their needs and pain points. It helped me focus on building a product that truly solves a problem and delivers value to our users.

The biggest insight that changed roadmap is this: start off selling crappy first versions to test the idea. If customers won't interact with a stitched-together prototype or first version, it's NOT a pressing need

I would say that you will definitely need some tools. One of them is an online Gantt chart - a powerful tool for roadmap visualization. There was a time when the chart changed our startup roadmap by providing advanced functionality for planning and scheduling our work. We tried GanttPRO and now we use this software to create and manage a project roadmap with ease.
