The idea that multitasking makes you more productive. I’ve learned it’s way better to focus on one thing at a time and give it your full attention.

Waking up at 5 am is the ticket to productivity, say the gurus. But it's never worked out for me, since family activities/obligations mean I don't get to bed until 10-11 pm. I get a lot more done when I've had 7+ hours of sleep! 🛌
