My go-to mid-week energy booster is a quick 15-min HIIT workout sesh. Blast some pumped up tunes, knock out a few burpees, jumping jacks, mountain climbers etc. Gets the blood flowing and endorphins pumping for a nice natural energy surge to power through the rest of the day πŸ’ͺ Way better than chugging another coffee IMO.

Launching soon!
This week has been different, just looking forward to Christmas and that's the only thing that's boosting me energy.

@tjlarkin Totally get that! The holiday spirit can be such a great energy booster. Hope your Christmas is as amazing as you're hoping for!

Jumping jacks and push-ups during a quick break FTW πŸ™Œ Gets the heart rate up and blood pumping for an instant energy jolt. Plus no equipment needed so you can do them anywhere anytime. Way better than downing another energy drink or coffee and dealing with the jitters and crash later!

My secret mid-week energy hack is a 20 min power nap after lunch. Set an alarm, throw on an eye mask, pop in some earplugs. That quick recharge does wonders to fight off the afternoon slump and power through the rest of the workday. Pairs well with an ice cold sparkling water when you wake up 😎

20-Minute Park Effect. A 20-minute mindfulness break spent outdoors, soaking up the sun and breathing in fresh air, can work wonders. Taking a moment to clear my mind and move my body helps recharge both mental and physical energy.

@nestolobo Yes! Nature always has a profound way of bringing a sense of peace that's hard to find elsewhere.

A dinner with friends, sharing about life and work, can help me relieve stress appropriately and make me more energetic.

@evakk Absolutely! There's something so refreshing about good food and great company. It's like the perfect recipe for recharging mid-week.

Midweek, I swear by a cold glass of water and a quick power nap.
For me, it's a high octane win on Call Of Duty Mobile. Once I secure 3 back to back wins, I've received enough dopamine shock to start back working with a winning mindset. #sonerdy

A quick dance session to my favorite tunes always does the trick.
