What’s a launch day mistake to avoid?

There’s lot of advice out there in terms of how to launch a new and/or improved product, including using Product Hunt. How about the things you should avoid? What are some common launch day (or week) mistakes you’ve made? I’ll start: not setting goals and expectations for your launch!
