What is your favorite TV show to play in the background?

It's usually modern family for me

When I'm working, I often have 'The Office' playing in the background. Its familiar humor keeps me entertained without distracting too much from the task at hand. What about you guys? Any go-to background shows?

shows with vocals can be distracting, i'd be better off playing nat geo or a documentary without commentary / animal planet

I also started playing Naruto in the background. All the filler episodes lol
