Writing down the top 10 things you want to do and strike off the simplest things first. Boosts incredible confidence to kick start the day.

@5harath Interesting, I've heard you should start with the things you really DON'T want to do - the saying "eat the frog". But I guess starting simple also helps get the ball rolling

@5harath +1, I think this simple trick is by far the most powerful!

My best productivity hack is asking why.
    Mayank Mishra
@nishith_shah yes I think very few people do this, they're the most contented.

It’s all about the people you work with and allow people the freedom to work with a curious and courageous work ethic. At least that’s what we do 😉

The best productivity hack is getting 8-9 hours of sleep every night. Second best is exercising 30-60 minutes each day. Both are obvious and overlooked, and yet make a more meaningful and immediate impact on the quality of your thinking than 99 percent of productivity tips

@robiul_haque I think this hack of 8-9 hours can be a bit confusing. It really depends on what the specific person needs. I find for me 7 hours of sleep each day, works perfect !

    Daniel Baum
@gleb_braverman Nothing better than a 15-min power walk!
    Mayank Mishra
@gleb_braverman @daniel_baum agree!! 15 min. power walks are the best!

I made my tasks into a game where I award myself in-game cash for completed tasks and projects! The way the cash is calculated is (time x difficulty) so like (25 min x 2 difficulty) you'll get (50 cash) and then I can go to the marketplace to purchase rewards,, like ordering food! This is all automated in my notion!

Some great suggestions here - I'll add 2: 1. Set a timer (45-60mins) and don't touch anything other than the task at hand 2. Set calendar blocks for your to-do items rather than just a list

Agreed. Funny how time flies when working on your business, but when working for somone else - The day drags...😪

    1. Turn off your phone. 2. Remember where you are coming from and all you have been through to get where you are now. 3. Visualize who you want to become. 4. Work
    Piyush Kulkarni
@gabriele_sangrigoli I think we come from the same school of thought! But we need to make sure that we don't let these things overconsume us, because then it can get a bit challenging
    Gabriele Sangrigoli
@piyush_kulkarni Sure. It is important to have a balance in life. At the end of the day I want to be proud of what I have produced. Yet, I know when is time to stop and relax, but it is important to be productive when I have to work. I rather work 6 really productive hours than 12 unproductive hours. :)

I always break up work periods with something unobtrusive: coffee time, exercise, books. It helps me to gain strength and work with pleasure. And making To-do lists. It’s greatly improve the focus and my productivity.
    Gabriele Sangrigoli
@vmigova Love to-do lists. Coffee time is holy!
