I don't know any business that doesn't use some type of CRM system Even startups start thinking pretty soon after the launch of buying an off-the-shelf CRM or build their own from scratch. I once worked for a startup that tried to manage their business out of the notebook, and, of course, it was a complete disaster Orders would get mixed constantly, customers were upset because employees would miss key details from the orders, and it was a really bad experience for everybody involved. Thank God, the owners came to their senses and hired a development team to build a CRM. What am I leading to? I was with my friends on beer, and we are speaking about the digital products - which one we use the most... For me, it's Discord, Gmail, Todoist. What about you?
