Though many of us live stressful, demanding lives, with just a little tweaking here and there, we can develop habits that will help us live healthier and more productive lives.
What are your thoughts on it?

A healthy lifestyle is vital. But if I have to choose only one healthy habit here, I'll name getting enough sleep. It doesn't go alone: usually to sleep well and for a proper amount of hours you have to go to bed early and then repeat it. And again, and again. That's how a healthy daily regime can be established.

Quit smoking.
The most useful habit IMHO is "loving yourself". If you genuinely love yourself, everything else falls into place just perfectly:)

Having enough of sleep, for beginning... :D
And at least 1h per day (at leeeaaast) for own self...
I would always recommend some creative activities - it is healthy for mind and soul, and besides - you never know what will be born out of it ^_^
'Work standing at least an hour after lunch.' - Been doing it for some months now.
i have been practising this habit for the past 10 odd years now.
the first thing one should have as they wake up in the morning is a litre of water.
there is nothing better than this; it helps clean your tummy, keeps you hydrated for the 1st half of the day, keeps your skin clean, etc

A healthy lifestyle is essential to living a more stress-free life. It begins with setting goals and establishing routines that allow you to achieve those goals, thus improving your well-being. A healthy lifestyle is a habit everyone should strive to achieve.

Go out for a walk without your phone, at least 15min a day. Clears your mind, lets you talk to yourself, 15min without social media and messages...

Prioritize sleep and waking up early. I've been at it for two weeks, and I'm happier, fulfilled, and have more time to enjoy things that I love.
Also, working out has brought a sense of routine and accomplishment to my day and being healthier while moving my body.

A bit ableist, but daily walks are a blessing for back health, brain health, mental stability and so much more.
@luka_vasic had the same idea, but it still holds true for me. Id frankly be lost without that practice and weightlifting 3-4x weekly
@luka_vasic that's so true, it trains you to be gritty and love challenge. The paradigm where, lift heavier or more reps (more challenging) leads to more strength (more growth) is like the opposite of the hedonic treadmill

@dylan_merideth Oh yea, weightlifting, my thoughts are: If I can lift heavy weights in the gym, man what can stop me, no spreadsheet/meeting/task nothing can stop me
A simple healthy habit probably won't do much for you. What is truly effective is leading a healthy lifestyle and the set of habits that it implies. These habits include things to do and things not to do.

@brad_fusion @zeeshan121 Difficult but can happen if follow the 21 day practice
@zeeshan121 Yes I try to
A healthy habit or a lifestyle is very important for anyone because it benefits our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Live in the present instead of being stuck in the past. And always remember to do it for yourself and your own peace of mind.

@sakshi_gahlawat I agree with you. Living in the past, regretting for some things cause serious mental retardation.
