A gym workout planner/tracker. "Not one more of those!", you might think. But this one goes against the grain, because it doesn't promise to have the best programs or the most famous instructors. Instead it starts with the idea that optimal training is very individual, and you have to be your own scientist to figure out what works for you. You have to take an active role. You have to be your own personal trainer. YOU design the workouts. YOU do the evaluation. The app is packed with tools to make that journey a lot easier. In a way it is the next step for people who are fed up with the limitations of traditional gym apps. It might end up a niche product for people who are more demanding, since most people want someone to tell them what to do. Remains to be seen. I basically made the app I myself want to use.
